Swayambhu Wealth & Legacy may provide financial planning and related services and may also facilitate or provide financial product distribution services in the applicable authorized capacity.

Remuneration Transparency

Different services may have different fee or remuneration structures. Where applicable, commissions, trail remuneration, brokerage, placement fees, referral remuneration or other permitted compensation will be disclosed as required by the relevant regulatory framework.

Such remuneration may create a potential conflict of interest.

We seek to identify, manage and disclose applicable conflicts and to treat clients fairly. Financial incentives should not be the sole basis for recommending any particular product or transaction.

Clients should understand:

Product Specific Disclosures

Specialized Investment Funds (SIF)

SIF opportunities may be facilitated through appropriately authorized/eligible channels, subject to current SEBI/AMFI requirements, investor eligibility, suitability and product documentation.

SIF investments involve risk. Review the applicable fund documents, fees, risks, eligibility and other terms before investing.

Alternative Investment Funds (AIF)

AIFs are alternative investment vehicles for eligible investors and are subject to specific regulatory, risk, suitability and documentation requirements. AIF opportunities may be facilitated through appropriately authorized/registered AIF managers, distributors or intermediaries.

Review the Portfolio Manager's fees, risks, disclosures, performance information and terms before proceeding.

Corporate Fixed Deposits

Corporate FDs may be available through authorized distributors/intermediaries and are subject to the issuer's terms and creditworthiness. A Corporate FD is not the same as a bank FD.
